The Bridge is our complete, full-service package: we stage your current home to sell, help coordinate your move, and set up your new home once you arrive. It's ideal if you're selling and buying at the same time and want one team handling the whole transition.
It depends on the service. Vacant staging consultations are complimentary. Occupied staging and interior design consultations are a paid flat-rate service — if that applies to your project, we'll send an invoice once details are confirmed, before anything is scheduled.
